British Airways Recognises Haller As Their Conservation Charity Of The Year 2015

At the recent British Airways Community and Conservation Day, Haller was delighted to have been chosen as the recipient of the ‘Conservation Charity of the Year 2015′ award in recognition of the work we do in the outlying areas of Mombasa and at the Tana River Delta.

We help fragmented farming communities, living below the government radar screen and the poverty line, to restore their soils, improve the environment, build capacity and achieve economic security.

Mary Barry, Director of Community Relations at British Airways and Singer and X Factor co-host Olly Murs presented the award to Louise Piper, Founding Trustee and Chief Executive and Sarah Merriman, Manager of Donor Partnerships in front of over 4,000 British Airways employees and 30 charity partners at their Head Office, Waterside, in Harmondsworth earlier this month.
