Feeding Families

Before Haller built a dam, Mama Eunice Buke (39) could barely grow a thing because there was so little access to water. And she had seven children to feed.

Now, Mama Eunice uses the rainwater from the dam and the farmer training that she received at Mtopanga to grow an abundance of vegetables in large quantities.

“Through selling of my vegetables and saving, I have been able to educate my children and build an iron-roofed house. Haller has changed my life by providing me with water and training to feed my family and also educate my children.”
