Haller celebrates Giving Tuesday 2020
At Haller, we are celebrating Giving Tuesday, joining millions around the world participating in the global generosity movement on December 1, 2020. This Giving Tuesday, The Haller Foundation will inspire generosity in three ways:
- Donate a phone to a farmer. Haller has partnered with Mara Phones - the creators of the first high specification, affordable smartphone manufactured in Africa. - Tohum Design x Haller. 10% of Tohum’s net profit from their Cuore Collection sales (found here: https://tohumdesign.com/collections/cuore) is donated to The Haller Foundation.
Previous donations from our partnership with Tohum have gone towards tree planting, educating communities on sustainable farming practices and supporting environmental education for children and young people.
- For Good Causes, a platform helping to empower generosity, has created a digital gift card that you can give to a friend or family member where they can donate to a choice of over 20,000 charities live on their platform. Haller is one of these charities! This allows individuals a way to support a charity closest to their heart without having to put their hands in their wallet and it gives charities access to much needed funding after what has been a terrible year for the significant majority.
