Royal Commonwealth Society’s 150 year Anniversary Dinner

We were delighted to be invited to be part of the Royal Commonwealth Society’s 150 year Anniversary Dinner at the High Commissioners’ Banquet in the Guildhall, on Monday 15th October.  The event was sponsored by The City of London Corporation linking the City, and the theme of Sustainability to the RCS and featuring the work of The Queen’s Commonwealth Canopy.

The initiative seeks to work collectively to address deforestation  – which is of one of  Haller’s key initiatives.  Dr René Haller is renowned for his work at The Haller Park in Kenya, where over 2 million trees have been planted.

The Royal Commonwealth Society is a global network who are committed to improving the lives and prospects of Commonwealth citizens.
